Gotoubun no Hanayome

Synopsis

Fuutarou Uesugi is a high school / junior sophomore whose family has always been very poor. One day he receives a succulent job offer as a part-time tutor ... but his students turn out to be girls in their own class! To complicate matters further, they are quintuplets ... The five sisters are all very attractive, but it is not the only thing they have in common: they all hate studying and their grades are always on the edge of catastrophe. He will have to get all five of them to study, but first he will have to study how to gain their trust.

Opinion

Gotoubun no Hanayome is a harem comedy about a strict and by the numbers tutor who puts his best efforts to teach five rebellious girls. While they appear to be identical, they couldn't be more different in personality. The dynamics in this series are very nice and very different from what you would find in a typical harem comedy.

Conclusion and guidance note

A comedy / romance anime out of the ordinary and that is a good series that leaves us this 2019. (Note = 8.5)

Kimetsu no Yaiba

Synopsis

We are in the Taisho era of Japan. Tanjiro, a young man who makes a living selling coal, discovers one day that his family has been killed by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor of the massacre, has undergone a transformation into a demon. Destroyed by events, Tanjiro decides to become a demon hunter so he can return his sister to normal and kill the demon that slaughtered his family.

Opinion

The difference between a good and a bad adaptation is easy to clarify. However, between a good and an excellent adaptation, things change. And the adaptation of Kimetsu no Yaiba is one of those cases. Because Ufotable, studio in charge manages to perfectly capture the essence of Koyoharu Gotouge and magnifies the work of the author of Kimetsu no Yaiba, a feat that few studios can boast of today The feeling of love, loss and revenge . The value of life, but also that of death. The flash of steel from two katanas colliding with each other; the unstoppable dance that offers opportunity and death make this anime one of the best in recent years

This anime will not disappoint you since in all the sections it is outstanding and if you wanted to see a shonen like the ones before but with current touches this is your series and you cannot miss it. (Nota = 10)

Dr. Stone

Synopsis

Senku is an extremely intelligent young man with a great gift for science and an acid personality, and his best friend is Taiju, who is a very good person but more apt to use his muscles than to think. When after a certain incident all humanity ends up turned to stone, they manage to wake up in a world thousands of years later, with human civilization completely disappeared and with all humanity frozen in stone as they were. Now it is your duty to rescue people and create a new world.

Opinion

The intelligence of its narrative, animation and character design have given it a preferential place in the taste of fans, who place it as one of the best anime of the year.

One of the few science animes that really amuses and teaches in equal parts with an excellent theme and story. (Nota = 9)

Enen no Shouboutai (Fire Force)

Synopsis

Tokyo is under a strange phenomenon: people inevitably go into spontaneous combustion! Although, fortunately, there is a team in charge of keeping this particular hell at bay ... Fire Force! That, in addition, now has a new member: Shinra, a teenager with a disturbing smile, curious power and whose goal is to become a hero.

Opinion

Anime of firefighters who fight with fire against fire beings, if I know, it seems something absurd is what I said to myself the first time I heard about this anime, however, when I started watching it I was instantly caught like few times it had happened to me. An interesting story with very good animation and an excellent soundtrack make this anime one of the best of 2019 by far and it deserves you to see it.

Excellent anime this year with doses of action, comedy and fantasy / science fiction that will make you enjoy it. (Nota = 9.5)

Tate no Yuusha

Synopsis

Iwatani Naofumi is the typical otaku, at least until one day he finds a book in the library that transports him to another world. There he will become the Hero of the Shield, one of the Four Cardinal Heroes, and will have to fight against the Waves of Catastrophe alongside the heroes of the sword, the spear and the bow. Excited at the prospect of a great adventure, Naofumi goes on a trip with his group. However, after a few days he is betrayed and he loses his money, his dignity and the respect of those around him.

Opinion

Anime that starts stomping very hard and that with the passage of the chapters slows down but always stays at a good level. This anime is one of those that leaves you wanting more to see the adventures of its protagonist and how the threads and loose ends of history are intertwined little by little one of the best anime of 2019 that you cannot miss.

Very good anime that I recommend to all those who like fantasy and a mature story (Nota = 9)
